Cancellation Policies:

We kindly inform you that cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost corresponding to the service you have booked. In the event of a no-show, the full amount equivalent to the service you have booked will be charged.

Please note that arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no-show, or we will be taking you as a walk-in. It is important to adhere to the designated appointment time to avoid any inconvenience.

We would like to clarify that the cancellation fee is applicable only if you fail to comply with the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Should you arrive punctually for your appointment or cancel prior to the deadline indicated on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee will be deducted from your account.

  • Walk-In Policy:

We welcome walk-in clients for select services that can be completed within 20 minutes. These services include Brazilian wax, bikini wax, deep bikini, underarms, eyebrows, side-burns, upper lip, chin, half arm, and half legs.

If you wish to combine additional services with any of the listed ones, please contact our receptionist to check for availability.

Our last call for walk-ins is at 6:30 PM.

  • Kids Policy:

Children are not permitted in our treatment rooms due to potential safety hazards.

For facial treatments involving minors, a waiver form must be signed by the parent/guardian, but they are still not allowed in the treatment room during the service.

Please note that, for facials, no one, including parents or guardians, is allowed to be in the room with the client to ensure a tranquil and undisturbed experience.

  • Facial Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit is required to schedule any facial treatment.

If you need to reschedule, the deposit will be retained until the third rescheduling attempt, at which point a new deposit will be necessary.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Late Arrival and Appointment Policy:

At Sweet Honey Brazilian Wax, we understand that sometimes life can throw you off schedule. That’s why we offer a 10-minute grace period for clients who might run a bit behind. If you arrive within this window, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you’re more than 10 minutes late, we’ll have to treat your visit as a walk-in. Alternatively, if you prefer not to go with the walk-in option, it will be considered a no-show.

Special Notice Regarding Male Services in Sensitive Areas:

When it comes to services like manzilian wax or any treatments involving the genital area, it’s important to maintain a respectful and comfortable environment. Sweet Honey Brazilian Wax has a strict policy against the use of inappropriate or suggestive language during these services.

If, at any point, our estheticians feel uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior or language, the service will be immediately halted. Please note that you are still responsible for the payment. After settling the payment, we’ll kindly ask you to leave our salon.

In cases where necessary, we will report the incident to local authorities, and your information will be added to our BLOCKED list for the safety and comfort of our clients and staff.
