So let me tell you about Sweet Honey Brazilian Wax. She made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. She was so pleasant and professional! I felt like I was chilling with one of my girlfriends. She did such a wonderful job with my Brazilian wax. She is extremely thorough. I could not find one hair. If you go to her you will have the silkiest Brazilian wax you have ever had in your life! I highly recommend her services. I will definitely be going back and referring everyone that I know.

I loved the experience I had here. I've had Waxing at another known named place here in Charlotte. My experience with this sweet honey was awesome. The service was great and I was totally satisfied with my wax. If you try honey sweet you will most definitely want to go back. Her work speaks for itself. What a Gem!

Just got back from my second full body wax with Luiza. Be prepared for great conversation, a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and the silkiest, smoothest skin you've ever had. Luiza is certainly a perfectionist when it comes to her work: (TMI warning) you will not find a single hair on me from the neck down. Luiza gives detailed aftercare directions and is amazing at removing ingrown hairs (my fault, not hers. I didn't follow her directions the first time, shame on me). I have been to other aestheticians in the Charlotte/Matthews area, and none are as thorough or welcoming as Luiza. She makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk into her suite. So whether you're wanting to get waxed for the first time or if waxing is just another Tuesday for you, make the switch to Luiza, she really is the best!

Luiza is absolutely AMAZING! she is very thorough and will answer any questions you have. Her professionalism and kindness alone are enough to come back and see her again. I HIGHLY recommend her services. I didn't feel rushed, or like I was just another "client". I was treated respectfully, professionally and most importantly, like I mattered.also, I'm a germaphobe and her work area and practices are OCD clean! I've been to a couple corporate shops and have had injuries and felt like they couldn't get me out fast enough. .. but this place is a gem! Injury free and more informed than I've ever been. I'm a customer for life!

I love the energy from the staff, the complimentary drinks, and the experience. Always the same no matter the location, now that's what you called awesome customer service.

Luiza is the best! She makes sure to make you feel very comfortable and talks to you throughout the entire waxing session to distract you from the wax lol. She is very sweet and is very detailed, you can be sure of it! Her prices are great and affordable and the service is excellent. You won't regret coming to her at all.

Luiza is the absolute BEST! My husband went to her many times and just wouldn't be quiet about how amazing she is. So I went for my very first time having any waxing done. She's friendly, professional and her facility is extremely clean. She explains everything and the waxing doesn't come pain free but she makes it as minimal as possible. Her prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

Luiza is amazing! This was my first visit with her but my third time getting a Brazilian wax ever. Luiza made the experience less painful than any other experience. She is very knowledgeable and detailed. I would always say no when they mention tweezing but I could barely tell she was even using the tweezers. I have always gotten my eyebrows and chin waxed at the nail salon. When the technician would tweeze my eyebrows or chin, I could feel it and it hurt. With Luiza her technique, I told her was amazing I could barely feel it. I definitely recommend using her services. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable for my first visit and I love how she is a perfectionist.
