Cancellation and No-Show Policy:Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled service time will incur a 50% charge based on the service you booked.
No-show will incur a 100% charge for the service you've booked.
15 minutes late from your appointment is considered a no-show!
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.
- 2 no-shows will be required a pre-payment of 50% of the service requested
- 3 no-shows will be required, a pre-payment of 100% of the service requested, or only taken as a walk-in.
