Late Policy: Appointment will be cancelled if client is more than 10 minutes late. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment!
- No extra guests allowed (including minors)
- Everyone must wear a mask
- If you feel ill in ANY way, coughing, sneezing, or with fever, PLEASE RESCHEDULE!
- If you have been in contact with anyone with the symptoms above, please let us know and we will reschedule.
- Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled service time will incur a 50% charge based on the service you booked.
- No-show will incur 100% charge of the service you've booked.
- 15min late from your appointment is considered a no-show!
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.
